Florida renamed their court at the O’Connell Center after former coach Billy Donovan in a halftime presentation on Saturday.

Donovan coached at Florida for 19 years before leaving the school for the Thunder.

“It’s just really emotional for me, and I’m really humbled. I’ve always said this: It takes a lot of people to really contribute and help. Everybody contributed. I’m just thankful that I was around such great people. I think that’s what it speaks to is the quality of people that I was fortunate enough to be around here at Florida,” said Donovan.

Donovan’s signature was placed on both ends of the court.

Donovan went 467-186 at Florida, including winning back-to-back titles in 2006-07.
