Saturday’s NBA schedule of nine games features intriguing matchups across the board, starting at 5 p.m. ET when Donovan Mitchell and the Utah Jazz host LaMarcus Aldridge and the rival San Antonio Spurs. The action ends with a huge Western Conference showdown as James Harden and the Houston Rockets host Russell Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder, and Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks hosting Nikola Vucevic and the Orlando Magic. Fans across the nation will be placing wagers on these NBA games Saturday night, but before making your own NBA picks or predictions, you’ll want to see what SportsLine data engineer Stephen Oh is saying.

The SportsLine data engineer and renowned data scientist who co-founded Accuscore, Oh uses a data-driven approach to crush sportsbooks. He’s running profits in multiple sports and now he’s evaluated every NBA spread on Saturday.

SportsLine’s top-ranked NBA handicapper enters Saturday on a sizzling 45-27 run on NBA picks (63 percent), adding $1,571 to the bankrolls of $100 players in a short amount of time. Now he’s locked in his top plays for Saturday for a parlay of best bets that could return a massive 6-1 payout. If you bet $100, it would return $600. If you go big, it could be a life-changing extravaganza.

We’ll give one key part of his NBA parlay away: Oh is backing the Spurs (+6.5) on the road against the Jazz. Oh is on a robust 14-7 run picking San Antonio games. Most recently, that includes Monday’s game; he took Sacramento (+1.5) in a 127-112 Kings victory.

Oh knows that these teams have a lot in common. Both are led by a star guard — DeMar DeRozan for San Antonio, Donovan Mitchell for Utah — and a major post presence down low (the Spurs’ LaMarcus Aldridge and the Jazz’ Rudy Gobert). The teams are tied in the Western Conference standings, too, with Utah (31-24) and San Antonio (32-25) tied in the sixth spot, eight games behind Golden State.

Oh and his advanced computer model are showing a much-closer game than the spread indicates. A big reason for that: When it comes to facing the top competition in the NBA, San Antonio has shown a propensity to stepping up, while Utah has often fizzled.

“San Antonio is also a rock-solid 15-6 against the spread against teams with a .550 win percentage or higher,” Oh told SportsLine. “Conversely, Utah is 9-15 ATS under the same stat window. My projections like those trends to continue.”

Oh is projecting a single-score outcome. In other words, confidently back the Spurs with the points at the Jazz on Saturday.

Oh has also identified an underdog for one of the other Saturday night NBA games that the public is not backing, but he sees as a spread and straight-up winner that could pay off big.  Find out which team it is, and everything else you need to know to complete your parlay selections, over at SportsLine.
